CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Any changes to your booking are on a per request basis and are pending availability and confirmation from the tour operator.
VACATION PACKAGE, HOTEL ONLY AND AIR ONLY GROUP CHANGE POLICIES/FEES:
CANCELLATION
Up to and including 45 days prior to departure the deposit is non-refundable. 21 to 44 days prior to departure 50% of total price is non-refundable. 20 days until after departure 100% of total price is non-refundable.
Occupants cancelling from a room will be subject to cancellation fees. Contract pricing will apply for remaining occupants based on the new room occupancy. BOOKING MODIFICATION* Prices per original group quote will apply if available (or a new quote will be required at time of change). In addition, fees will apply at:
21 to 59 days prior to departure, $200 per change per person 20 days or less before travel commences and thereafter, a change to travel date, departure or arrival airport, or hotel is considered a cancellation and full cancellation fees apply.
*Applies to individual modifications within a confirmed group itinerary.
A one-time change of departure date, departure or arrival airport or hotel for the complete group outside 90 days is permitted free of charge otherwise cancellation penalties will apply. NAME CHANGE (A first or last name correction involving 3 or more characters)
21 to 59 days prior to departure, $150 per name** 8 to 20 days prior to departure, $250 per name**. 7 days or less to departure, full cancellation penalties apply.
Correcting a name includes:
A first or last name correction involving less than 3 characters A legal name change A married name change A missing name detail such as middle name.
Corrections will incur a fee if made at the airport adjusted by the Group travel team.
*Changing all names on a file constitutes a cancellation. **Total price is all money due and/or paid to Sunwing Vacations. *** If a change involves a difference in the holiday price in addition to the change fee, the passenger will pay the higher between the original booking price and the revised booking price plus any additional tourist card fees if applicable.
Refunds are not issued for bookings cancelled by you or Sunwing Vacations resulting from an act of God or an Event of Force Majeure.

Insurance Disclaimer:
At I Do! Dream Destination Weddings we highly recommend you travel with trip cancellation/interruption and Emergency medical insurance to ensure you are covered in case of an unforeseen event. If you have insurance through your credit card or a company policy, we recommend you double check your coverage to ensure it will provide sufficient coverage.
If you require a quote for insurance, please select the type of coverage you are interested in and I will send you a quote once your booking form has been submitted.
Insurance Waiver:
I am fully aware of all the insurance I am currently covered by, including credit card coverage, work related insurance or any other insurance coverage I may have, and I feel that my existing insurance is sufficient. I understand that I am solely responsible for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. I understand that I will also be responsible for making my own separate travel / medical arrangements, and any other provisions in the event of an emergency while I am traveling. I am aware that some insurance companies or credit card companies, may or may not cover me for all the components covered by Manulife Insurance. Please visit http://www.insureye.com/ for all Canadian credit card coverage details. I also understand that I am not protected from loss in the event of any travel vendor, travel supplier or any travel-related operator default. This waiver confirms that I voluntarily decline travel insurance. I understand I am solely liable for all airline fees, supplier fees, and agency fees that may apply, and I hereby release any / all liability against my travel agent, I Do! Dream Destination Weddings, its representatives and its host agency. You also acknowledge that travel insurance was offered to all parties travelling with you. The client/passenger paying for the trip if authorized, may sign on behalf of other travelling companions. Protect your investment and family. Adding medical insurance is a good way to supplement your current coverage to protect you in an event of any major issues and is highly recommended. The cost is minimal in comparison to suffering a financial hardship. I Decline the offer to purchase Trip Cancellation and Out of Country.
